Freeze-drying: the technology that fully respects the nutritional properties of our ingredients
Freeze-dried food
Ingredients are formed into small pieces and frozen at a very low temperature (-20ºC).
The frozen pieces are placed in a vacuum which gently draws out the moisture from the food.
The end product is as nutritious as the original ingredients, with just the water removed.
